Instructions for installing and using the Alohub Softphone extension on Zoho CRM: calling from the phone number and linking the call to the correct Lead/Deal/Contact/Account.

Note: Zoho does not automatically link Lead ↔ Contact. The call is linked to the record where it is initiated.
Alohub provider account is Zoho , connected via OAuth to the correct data center ( .com/.eu/.in/...).
Permission to create record Calls in Zoho.
Install the extension, open Zoho CRM according to your correct DC.
Open the side panel, log in. The provider badge displays Zoho .

Chip "Call" appears next to the phone number in the record details and list. With the zpb-phonewidget of Zoho, the extension hides the default call icon and places the Alohub chip right next to it — this chip carries the record context, ensuring the call is linked accurately.

The extension reads the URL in the format .../tab/<Module>/<id>:
