Guide to installing and using the Alohub Softphone extension on HubSpot CRM: calling from phone numbers and automatically logging call history to the correct record.

Alohub account has configured provider as HubSpot (connect Private App token / OAuth on the BE side).
Users have permission to create call engagement on HubSpot.
Install the extension, open app.hubspot.com.
Open the Alohub side panel, log in.
Provider badge displays HubSpot .

On the Contact/Company/Deal/Ticket page or list, the "Call" chip appears next to each phone number. Click the chip to dial and start the call.


The extension reads the URL to determine the record being viewed:

When clicking the chip in the list , the extension finds the nearest record link in the DOM block to attach the correct clicked line. BE creates call engagement and associates it with that record; thanks to Associations, the call automatically appears in linked records (contact ↔ company ↔ deal).
Note: A call only needs to be logged once — HubSpot automatically displays it in all records with linked associations.
